The X and Z axes are driven by servo motors, with the X-axis equipped with a full closed-loop optical linear encoder.
Both straight-infeed and angular-infeed models are available.
A variety of optional automation equipment is available to meet customer requirements and achieve automated grinding operations.
High-Rigidity Workhead: Equipped with 10 precision angular-contact ball bearings, providing excellent resistance to heavy axial and radial loads.
Tailstock: Constructed from high-grade Meehanite cast iron, featuring a robust structure with high rigidity and stability.
Tailstock Quill: Manufactured from alloy steel and hardened for superior wear resistance and durability.
Grinding Wheel Spindle: Features a combination of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings.
The bearings are supported by a high-pressure oil film, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and friction. This unique spindle design provides not only high rigidity but also excellent vibration resistance.
