Can be equipped with a hybrid (hydrostatic/hydrodynamic) spindle.

510mm grinding wheel, 7.5 kW variable-frequency drive.

The DN-50011O features dual-spindle units (Z1/Z2) with dual telescopic slide tables that can operate independently; optional configurations include a turning tool unit or a built-in high-speed spindle.

Equipped with an A2-6 high-rigidity workpiece spindle and a spindle servo motor, it enables X-C simultaneous grinding.

The innovative moving slide design significantly reduces interference issues during the grinding process.

The grinding wheel is driven by a belt.

The grinding spindle is driven to the positioning point by a hydraulic cylinder, after which its movement is controlled by a servo motor.

The grinding spindle speed can be freely selected within the range of 10,000 to 50,000 RPM.

The maximum outer diameter of the grinding wheel reaches 150 mm, significantly enhancing machining efficiency.
