CNC Rotary Surface Grinder

High-rigidity gantry structure with a hydrostatic rotary table positioned in a fixed location for easy maintenance of machining accuracy. The guideways and transmission mechanism are mounted on the gantry bridge, preventing contamination from grinding coolant.

The built-in hydrostatic DD (Direct Drive) rotary table eliminates belt transmission and guarantees rotational accuracy within 1 μm.

CNC numerical control with an interactive interface allows users to select a true flat, concave, or convex surface directly on the screen. The worktable speed can also be set to “constant linear speed” mode for grinding.

The machine can accommodate workpieces with a maximum height of 400 mm.
